Algae and moss growth accelerated by humidity, debris accumulation from tropical storms, UV degradation of sealant and caulk, and wind-loosened components all require periodic attention. Our maintenance program addresses every one of these issues on a scheduled basis.
Each maintenance visit includes a 21-point inspection, cleaning of debris from roof surface and valleys, checking and resealing exposed fasteners and pipe boots, clearing gutters and downspouts, trimming back overhanging branches (when accessible from the roof), and a written condition report with photographs. We document the condition of your roof over time so you can plan and budget for future repairs or replacement.

Pricing
Annual maintenance plans start at $249 per year for single-family homes. Bi-annual plans (two visits per year) start at $399. Commercial maintenance plans are priced based on roof size and complexity. Maintenance plan members receive priority scheduling and 10% off any repair work.
