Consultation
We help you select the right shingle type, color, and manufacturer based on your budget, aesthetics, and wind-resistance needs.
Preparation
Existing roofing is removed, the deck is inspected and repaired, and underlayment is installed to specification.
Installation
Shingles are installed following manufacturer guidelines for nail placement, overlap, and alignment.
Completion

Architectural shingle installation starts at $8,000 for a standard 1,500 sq ft roof. Premium designer shingles start at $10,000. 3-tab shingle installation starts at $6,500. All prices include removal of existing roofing, deck repair as needed, underlayment, and cleanup.
